I Got Game has taken out the PGL 28 after defeating all teams in the group stage final. IGG will take home €960 + Hardware for their efforts.
The final played a somewhat different setup with the top four teams playing a group-stage final where they faced each team once in a best-of-three format. The winner being decided on these group-stage match results with no bracket being played.
Both IGG and TeG dismantled their opponents to leave a showdown for the title. IGG managed to come out on top in two very close maps 16-13 on de_inferno and 19-16 on de_dust2.
